RX Codes

My name is RXCodes and I like to play and create games! I like to also share some of the things I've learned while using hyperPad with video tutorials and showcase projects. I created a hyperPad project called TubeClout that allows me to make YouTube thumbnails and fetch relevant data for my content - I still use it to this day! One of my favorite things about hyperPad is the power it gives to the user. Lots of apps nowadays are either limiting or difficult and that's where hyperPad differs from its competitors.

I first started using hyperPad in early high school, 2013, when it was called GamePress. One of my friends found GamePress on the App Store and thought it was cool, so he showed myself and Jdewi, and we both downloaded it and started to make simple games with it. Some time later, after GamePress migrated to hyperPad, hyperPad had its first game jam or challenge, the OneButton Challenge. From this challenge came my favourite project: Neon Curveball, initially named Turn Circle, then Meteor before changing to this title, which came 1st place in the challenge. I’ve continued to work on this project on and off, and done many random things with hyperPad, including helping other hyperPad users a little with their projects, and even occasionally helping with an assignment or some task for my Mechanical Engineering course at uni.

Lemonadey

SplitMindGaming

I am a multi-talented individual with experience as a musician, graphic designer, and video game creator. I was signed to a record label at the age of 16, where I learned about music production. After leaving the label, I started my own graphic design company and even worked with celebrities. I wanted to combine my music and art, so I started Splitmindgaming to create video games. I initially used Kwiksher to develop my first game, but after the company was sold, I looked into other options like Unity, Unreal Engine, Gamemaker, and Gamesalad. I eventually chose Hyperpad because of its visual scripting capabilities and the ability to build and play directly from a targeted device. I believe that with the right marketing strategy, Hyperpad can be a great platform for my talents.

So far I developed more than 20 games with hyperPad and my favourite ones are now in the App Store. They are called “Ball Tales the Holy Treasure” and  “Ball Tales the Lost Island”.
