Yes! hyperPad has support for realtime sockets using socket.io and also support for HTTP Requests. So with these you have full networking capabilities.
Our focus right now is to perfect the hyperPad experience on iPad. We do have goals to expand onto additional platforms but there is currently no date set.
The purpose of hyperPad is to simplify the creation process. We do the programming so you don’t have to! That being said, using the “Broadcast” behaviors in hyperPad you can have your hyperPad project execute code you write inXcode. But keep in mind that this code will only work on exported projects for the App Store and not any project in the hub.
You can make iPhone or iPad games within hyperPad. The hyperPad editor has support for multiple aspect ratios as well as portrait and landscape projects.
