why dislike???

You're most likely receiving a dislike because your game is very incomplete, and there really isn't much here. It's also identical to a couple other games your shared. I gave you some suggestions before for another identical game but you're not learning form them (and looks like you're ignoring them).
Your game is simply a non animated character sliding across the screen with a background of a city. There really should be more than this to make others like your games. You're gameplay is only joystick controlled, jump with button and shoot with button. This is not compelling at all, and pretty much every user with hyperPad is able to do this.
When sharing a game to the hub, and expecting others to like your submission, your goal should be to create something unique and compelling.. Something no one else has done, or can do (easily).
Take a look at some popular platformers, shooters, and other games in the App Store. notice how they have a bit more going on? Try to mimic your favourite game. Start small, and work your way up.
