Here's a basic scaffolding project you can use to create your very own FNF mod on iOS! Have fun! Please note it is not finished yet and I only uploaded this to show people what I've been working on. :)
I've even remixed music to prove a point!

For the people who don’t know how to add animated sprites you just need to go to the behaviors that have the images of the player singing and delete them and replace them with animation behaviors, and you can add your own animated photos there.

@ChromeFoxxx There are tutorials for this but you tap on a graphic object you want to change, tap on the graphic above the behaviors button, then select your assets.
In the tutorial video, it shows that there are behaviors where the animation happens - simply replace the sprites in those behavior OR make up your own animation system.

@Coolest_Crush This was in the tutorial video, but go into the orange box called Brains of the Game and go to the Play Music behavior. It should be a light blue behavior where you can replace the music.

@EpicCoder_LOL There's a YouTube video on my YouTube (the only video about creating a FNF mod) that goes in-depth about the arrows. :) There's ways to change the BPM, Ticks per second, Arrow Speed, etc. and just like any other behavior, these can be dynamic so they can change whenever you want. I've even included explanation about the MIDI file (which this project uses, kinda) and how it converts to mapping in the video.
