It's an interesting idea. I was still able to upgrade level after it stopped adding anything, and some of the upgrades felt more like changes. A few things weren't snapped to a grid, so the water didn't look positioned quite right, and the background wasn't connected perfectly. Also, you should fix some of the collisions (or add an upgrade for that 😛). Could be good with more content, but it did get a bit repetitive.

It seems like a good idea, but you should make it get faster as the player gets further, since right now it's pretty easy. Also, after a while everything stopped spawning. Do you have a spawn limit set with recycle off?
