About This Project

In the distant future, zits have mutated and have become self-aware! But what happens when the giant walking mutant pimples get caught in the middle of the apocalypse?! Well, the rest is up to you, assuming you survive for long enough! Dodge giant meteors as they fall to earth and try to survive as long as you can! The game's difficulty increases the longer you survive, but if you get hit 3 times, you'll be popped! Acnegeddon will also keep your best score so you can show it off to your friends! With all that said, good luck; you're gonna need it! (For the hyperpad 100 behavior challenge)

What's New

Version 1.4 • Updated 9/21/2022

Good evening everyone! It's been quite a long time since I updated Acnegeddon, so I decided to go back to it for a quick update. I've mainly focused on retooling the graphics, but there a few other changes and fixes too. -Remade every graphic with a clean black outline. -Added a shadow onto the zit character. -Dialed back the difficulty a bit. -Fixed a few rotation and particle issues. This update only added 10-15 more behaviors, so it should still be within the challenge parameters.

I probably don't need to, but it's more fun that way :D .

Also, I've actually been working on DBTP, be it slowly XD . I guarantee I'll be able to get more done over my Thanksgiving break, so I'll finally email you around that time. Sorry for taking 5000 years though.

I don't think it's necessary to keep behaviors under the challenge limit. If you want, I geuss you could...

That's how I felt when I started using it. It looks a bit complicated at first, but don't get discouraged! Once you practice/ experiment enough, it becomes a lot of fun to use. I actually just finished a new track that's almost a minute long XD, but it was a blast to make.

This probably sounds offtopic from the game itself, but I've been playing around in "DefleMask" for a while now. Kinda having a hard time working with it since I'm used to using "GarageBand", but I've been watching tutorials and listening to the samples and stuff just to get a general idea. Maybe I might try out the Genesis soundchip.
